At BELLAMI Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items that are unopened, unworn, and still in their original security-sealed packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair extensions that have been removed from the cardboard backing or have had the security seals broken.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your hair extensions are in their original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact and that you are within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
